We partner with skincare companies to bring latest trends to the Beauty and Personal Care market.
Essential Functions Order raw materials and packaging materials as required through the use of Formulator systems and/or offline assignments.
Maintain and develop new supplier relationships, evaluating their performance based on costs and on time delivery.
Manage the internal supply chain, communicating to the business any of out of stock or delayed materials and ensure that all relevant parties have timely and accurate information available.
Tracking deliveries of shipments, and working daily with the production team.
Adjust and improve supply parameters to optimize inventory levels vs cost trade offs.
Participate in Purchasing and/or supply chain improvement programs adding creativity to the existing processes.
Excess and Obsolete review and actions.
Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.
Education Required Bachelor degree, preferably in business, engineering, or supply chain management PREFERRED, but not required, adequate experience can suffice in place of degree Skills and Qualifications Required In-depth knowledge of Purchasing and Supply chain functions, use of Formulator systems for ordering.
International as well as local supply chain knowledge.
o Outstanding interpersonal skills requiring the ability to both interact and influence through both verbal and written communication.
Ability to work in both structured and often unstructured environments to achieve goals and implement ideas.
o Strong sense of urgency.
Proactive and continual improvement mindset.
Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated track record of translating analysis to process solutions.
Strong sense of flexibility in your work, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities.

We can teach and train industry details, but candidate must possess the mindset necessary to be successful Preferred Qualifications Multi-Lingual Prior Manufacturing experience.
Experience in a start-up organization.
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience Required 3-5 years in procurement of packaging materials for the personal care and/or cosmetics industries Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move 25 lbs Proficiency in the reading, writing and speaking of the English language Work environment requires use of Personal Protective Equipment Ability to respond to safety signals, such as those generated by equipment Job Type:
