The law firm focuses on estate planning and probate and trust administration and also focuses on providing exemplary client service.
The position involves greeting current and new clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing and finalizing correspondence.
There is room for growth to a paralegal The position requires a detail-oriented person that also has excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with clients.
The candidate must have significant experience with Word, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Outlook.
We are looking for a rock star receptionist/legal assistant for our boutique estate planning and probate and trust administration law firm.
Compensation commensurate with experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
