We are currently seeking a General Office Assistant.
The General Office Assistant is an integral member of our team.
You will support our team of professionals and interact with policyholders as a core competency of your daily workflow.
Expert customer service and a high level of detail and accuracy is critical in this role.

Dunedin, FL Hours:
6 hours/day, Mon-Fri, flexible schedule during business hours, 30 hours/week Pay:
$18/hour Responsibilities Accurately collecting information from policyholders over the phone Reviewing and verifying printed documentation Mail management, including following procedures for proof of mailing with USPS Communicating with clients, policyholders, internal team, and external teams Mailing, emailing, and digital faxing of documents Skills Verbal & written communication High level of organization & time management Ability to prioritize tasks Detail oriented MS Office including Teams Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year office-related experience Must have a valid driver's license (for trips to USPS etc.
) Prior experience in insurance field a plus but not required ok6sOspmVA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
