Senior Project Manager (Sports/Recreation)

Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers. Responsibilities oDirect and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities oProduce all elements of project execution plan and implement oProvide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality oMaintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. Qualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION   oBS OR MSdegree in Engineering or Construction Management o10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger - (Sports, Recreation, or Stadium project experience preferred) oOr equivalent combination of education and experience   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES   oStrong technical and communication skills are critical oAbility to work in a team environment oKnowledge of Prolog, Microsoft Office (preferred) Requisition ID 2018-2174

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
