Senior Project Engineer

Overview The Senior Project Engineer assists the Project Manager in establishing, distributing, routing plans and ensuring all information is being distributed properly both internally and externally. Responsibilities oManage RFI process oPrepare front end documents oExpedite material deliveries oEstimate and process change orders oPrepare monthly pay request and prepare shop drawings oEstablish and manage schedule, cost and control procedures oBecome familiar with contracts, general conditions and flow down language oPerform constructability and coordination reviews oWrite scopes of work for all bid packages; assist with bid openings and bid tabulations oNegotiate changes with trades and owners; manage same process oAssume responsibility for jobsite safety oProvide job site orientation oFacilitate project meetings Qualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION   oBS OR MSdegree in Engineering or Construction Management o8 or more years with CM/General Contractor Organization working on large ($70-$120 mm) construction project oOr equivalent combination of education and experience   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES   oStrong verbal and written skills oAbility to work in a team environment oProficient in Microsoft Office programs oFinancial Management familiarity oOSHA 10-Hour Certified o MEP Knowledge oUnderstanding of Contract Document & Specifications oProficient in Prolog oExpertise in CMiC preferred Requisition ID 2018-2175

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
